Kevin Beasley

Program Director

An accomplished and effective career development professional with 15+ years of distinguished performance providing workforce solutions within the local job market. A portfolio of achievements includes a certificate of Recognition presented by the City of Baltimore for Community Development and Mentorship. Kevin has an extensive background in Case Management, Workshop Facilitation, Assessment & Curriculum Design, Life Skills Training as well as Recruitment and Enrollment.

Cody Handy

Volunteer Services & Recruitment

Cody graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor in child development education. She received her masters of early childhood education and a second masters of instructional technology from Towson University. She is an ambassador for the Baltimore Ceasefire 365 movement and committed to providing literacy resources to families.

Ronald Clinton Jr.

Legal Contracts & Tax Consultant

Ronald is an Enrolled Agent and Business Consultant with fifteen years of experience working for the United States Department of Treasury, private sector, and freelancing. Ronald brings his expertise in tax advisory and a desire to educate and empower others to DBCI.

Courtney Wheeler MS

Grant Writer & Proposal Consultant

Management professional with 20 years of clinical research and regulatory affairs experience. Known for creating innovative solutions related to data collection, resource allocation (supply and budgetary), recruitment and outreach.

Brian Hardy

Video Media Content Specialist

Brian has over 10 years of experience in digital media, film and content creation on all platforms. He has managed, directed, filmed, edited and executive produced an extensive catalog of work. Brian has volunteered services for after school youth programs & community centers as well as facilitated projects with popular local artists and business owners. He has always promoted his passion and love for Baltimore City and its youth through his creative visual expertise.

Richard Croce

Beats Not Bullets Program Coordinator

Known professionally as rapper MC Bravado, former Baltimore city High School English Teacher brings an expertise in sound pedagogy, curriculum and assessment design, as well as years of experience using Hip-Hop as a tool of empowerment. A nationally touring artist, Bravado is utilizing the outreach of his platform and background in Education to help Beats Not Bullets to reach new heights.

Brandon Lackey

Beats Not Bullets Program Coordinator

Label Necklace Co-Owner Brandon Lackey is a studio owner, educator, mix engineer & producer from Baltimore by way of North Carolina. Brandon was a special educator in Baltimore City Public Schools for three years prior to opening Lineup Room Recording Studios and producing "Bmore BeatClub," an improvisational Hip Hop event that attracted legends of the genre to Baltimore. Brandon serves as a program coordinator with non-profit DBCI's Beats Not Bullets program.
