Who We Are: Dream Bigger Community Institute Inc. (DBCI) is a 501(c)(3) provider of extracurricular and enrichment programming in Baltimore, Maryland. We empower at-risk individuals to reach their full potential in the areas of fine arts, technology, health education, career development, and mental health awareness. Programs aim to foster self-esteem and enhance creativity while teaching various skills that will improve the quality of life for our participants.
Your support and contributions will enable us to continue to meet our goals in providing community services. DBCI looks forward to broadening our scope of programming in 2023 to offer Workforce Development, Life Skills Training, Entrepreneur Seminars, and Computer Literacy programs.
